Carole Baumgardner has worked in the family-owned commercial real estate business for over thirty years. Carole’s professional efforts at Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. have transitioned from a focus upon accounting and office operations management to the present-day oversight functions of a financial management officer handling banking relationships, construction and development draws, and financial management.

Carole is a proud mother and grandmother to four children (two daughters-in-law and two sons-in-law) and thirteen grandchildren (and two granddaughters-in-law). Carole’s favorite thing to do is to spend time with Larry and their family at their ranch. She loves to attend grandchildren’s sporting events (including basketball, volleyball), school programs like choir, band, robotics competitions, and just generally appreciating as much precious time as possible with these “gifts from God.” She also feels blessed to be able to enjoy her ninety-six-year-old mother who lives with her and Larry.
