Now in pre-leasing stage, this new retail center will be located across from the newly developed West Loop 1604 Baptist Hospital System Complex. In addition, there are four hospital systems nearby that are either built or in the process of development. Over the next five to ten years, it will be impossible to find any land or shopping center space in this spectacular west-side mega hospital center.
