During her thirty-plus year work history, Tana has been involved in some way with every aspect of the commercial real estate construction and development industry. This activity has included such activities as bidding commercial projects, construction supervision, full project coordination, and value engineering and related cost containment exercises. Additionally, Tana has actively managed and leased office buildings and retail centers throughout the Greater San Antonio Area for twenty-plus years. The scope of Tana’s responsibilities have included all asset and property management functions from direct investor reporting, market analysis, negotiation of leases, accounting, tenant/public relations, supervision of tenant improvements, property inspections, coordination of repairs/maintenance, annual budgets, collections, to personnel management and the leasing and marketing of available properties to prospects. Because of her vast experience in property management, construction supervision, and leasing, Tana is a very uniquely qualified and long term member of the Development Services team. |
