Steve White is Chief Building Engineer for Dominion Advisory Group, Inc.’s (DAG’s) healthcare division. He works directly with DAG Healthcare Vice President Lee Jackson and DAG Healthcare Assistant Vice President of Property Management Joi Taylor, overseeing all healthcare facilities construction and engineering design matters.

As DAG Healthcare’s Chief Building Engineer, Steve will play key roles in all the design of all healthcare facility construction projects and the development and implementation of preventative maintenance and energy conservation programs for all buildings under DAG Healthcare’s management. 

Prior to joining our DAG Healthcare team, Steve was  Project Manager/Director of Engineering for the 4-Star Radisson Hill Country Resort and Spa. Over 22 years of experience in commercial building maintenance and renovation has seen Steve playing lead roles in the renovation of the 20-story Crown Plaza hotel in downtown San Antonio and in opening the 250-room Radisson Market Square hotel and many other hotels throughout the country.  
 
In his words, “I have almost mastered my trades – HVAC, plumbing and electrical. As Regional Director of Engineering and throughout the two decades prior to that, I gained the kind of experience needed to get the job done right.”  Steve also holds a Helicopter Mechanic diploma and is currently in the process of acquiring his locksmith credentials.

Steve has three children and seven grandchildren. He spends his free time restoring his 1980 Ford truck and doing side work for people. He likes to resolve mechanical challenges and has a deep motivation to learn. He has also traveled to China, South Korea, Japan, Canada and  Panama.
