As Senior Retail Leasing Associate, Stuart Segall is working directly with Cal Ivey, Vice President of Brokerage and Leasing, and with John Clark, Vice President of Retail Leasing. Self-motivated and dedicated, he has already proven to be a valuable team player with a keen sense of customer focus and a serious desire to achieve.
Coming to Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. from United Commercial Realty (UCR), San Antonio, via Woolbright Development and United American Realty—two of the largest developers in Florida—Stuart brings five years of retail leasing success to our Leasing and Management Services division.
Licensed to sell real estate in both Texas and Florida, he has extensive experience in servicing both the South Florida and San Antonio retail markets. He has demonstrated the ability to locate and identify retail and office space according to client specification and need, whether from existing spaces or projects under development, and to successfully negotiate subsequent lease transactions from inception through signing.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Stuart was an All-American Scholar, a Collegiate Award recipient and a varsity football player at Mars Hill College in North Carolina. In 2002, from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina, he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management after participating in student government and holding various offices while a member of Kappa Alpha fraternity. In addition, he successfully completed Presbyterian’s summer intensive on the Political and Economical Systems of Australia and New Zealand.
