May 8, 2006 - On behalf of the Build-To-Suit Program at Dominion Advisory Group, Inc., Cal Ivey, Vice President, announced today that a new Schlotzsky’s Restaurant will be opening soon on Bandera Road at Mainland.  The Schlotzsky’s Restaurant operations will be owned by local franchisee, Rick Brozek, a veteran Schlotzsky’s operator who has multi-unit experience in the San Antonio marketplace.  The landlord is a locally based partnership, B & M Net Lease Funding, Ltd., an affiliate of Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. (“DAG”)

Larry R. Baumgardner, CCIM, president of DAG, indicated, “This property was acquired on behalf of the B&M partnership for the very purpose of leasing the restaurant facility to a high quality tenant like Schlotzsky’s, and especially to an operator of the highest integrity like Rick Brozek.” 

Cal Ivey adds, “This restaurant facility will be situated at the same intersection as a brand new Super Wal-Mart Store.  In representing both the landlord and the tenant, I believe this is one of the most unique restaurant opportunities still left within the Greater San Antonio SMSA.”

Directly adjacent to the new Schlotzsky’s Restaurant, DAG’s Alan Bass has been instrumental in acquiring a pad site for a future build-to-suit with a tenant that will be announced in the near future.
