He has worked on almost every type of property maintenance issue and is quick to isolate problems, coordinate any repairs, and work first-hand on-the-job to resolve any maintenance matters. Roman has proven himself to be an exceptionally talented and dedicated staff member with an eye toward least-cost methods of solving day-to-day maintenance and repair challenges. Roman, born and raised in Pearsall, Texas, possesses great tenant relation skills and is greatly admired and respected among his peers.
