Specializing in the leasing of medical office buildings, Rudy Fuentes is Director of Leasing for the Dominion Advisory Group, Inc.’s Healthcare Facilities Division (DAG Healthcare). As a former marketing analyst for the San Antonio office of Trammell Crow Company, he possesses extensive knowledge of all aspects of the commercial real estate industry and has developed a firm understanding of local, regional and national healthcare real estate markets.
Rudy focuses solely on supporting DAG Healthcare and plays an instrumental role in its growth and development. To accomplish this task, he cultivates solid, professional relationships with physicians, clinics, hospital systems, laboratories, medical suppliers, pharmacies, urgent care facilities and radiology and imaging services.
Rudy was born and raised in San Antonio. He attended the University of the Incarnate Word where he was graduated Cum Laude and earned a B.B.A. in Marketing. He is also a 2006 graduate of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio (RECSA) Leadership and Development Program. Rudy was one of 25 high-potential local real estate industry representatives selected to participate in the prestigious annual program.
Away from work, Rudy’s pride and joy is his family, which consists of his wife and their two beautiful children.
