Patty McDonald serves as Property Management Assistant for Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. She plays a key role in the streamlining, updating and maintenance of all property management processes and operations, assuring our clients and tenants receive the highest quality professional service available.
Coordinating daily with our entire staff of property managers, Patty regularly delivers one-on-one support to tenants and vendors. She also interacts with our firm’s accounting, maintenance and project management departments, ensuring due diligence and coordinating with scheduling, as needed.
Patty brings to our firm seven years of solid industry experience and significant professional and academic achievement. Upholding Dominion Advisory Group, Inc.’s “customer first” policy, Patty represents our firm with professionalism and specializes in facilitating the most optimal solutions to client and customer issues. “When working with clients and vendors, I strive to provide professional quality customer service. I also work hard to deliver results and to respond promptly to any given assignment.”
Patty credits her former employers Orion Partners, Inc. and Melton Trachta with an "invaluable introduction to the industry and the finer aspects of tenant improvement construction, accounting procedures, tenant relations and so much more.” A prior member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), she is has also completed management and law courses and workshops accredited by the Texas Mini Storage Association (TMSA).
Graduating from Jay High School in San Antonio in only three years, Patty’s considerable leadership and academic skills qualified her as the first student accepted to Lubbock’s Texas Tech University based solely on pre-college academic achievement, in lieu of ACT and SAT scores. Outside of her work with our firm, she is currently pursuing both Notary Public and Diamontologist certifications and volunteering as a Humane Society volunteer.
