As Chief Financial Officer, Paul McClintock works directly with DAG President Larry Baumgardner, CCIM, and all division heads to oversee, prioritize and coordinate all accounting operations, property financing and management, planning, and cash flow for the firm.

Paul analyzes and prepares all higher-level financial reports and makes financial projections for future company growth. His primary responsibility is to support DAG in maintaining solid fiduciary standings in all current and projected operations. 

Aside from multiple professional achievements throughout his career, Paul is a Florida CPA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University and is a member of the Financial Executives Networking Group.

Before joining DAG, Paul was employed with Advantage Rent a Car for 13 years. Starting out with Advantage, he served as Director of Finance from 1991-1997. In 2000, Paul assumed the role of CFO for the firm. In this capacity, he oversaw all functions within the corporate office to include treasury responsibilities, operations, human resources, payroll, personnel, credit, cash management, finance, debt borrowing and loan servicing.

Prior to employment with Advantage, Paul worked as the CFO of a construction company in Florida and is a licensed General Contractor. He has been the general manager with World Omni fleet equipment leasing division where he was responsible for profitability, finance, accounting, operations, credit and collections. Paul also has prior rental car industry experience with Alamo Rent-A-Car in field sales, acquisitions and fleet planning from 1981 to 1987. Prior to that, he was Senior Audit Specialist with Peat Marwick, Mitchell and Company.

Paul and his family moved to San Antonio in 1991. He and his wife Lynn have two children.
