Michael P. Dyer joins Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. as Vice-President of Special Projects, taking on both executive management and business development roles for commercial and government contract opportunities. Michael brings with him senior-level negotiation and management experience founded in government procurement contracting and state-of-the-art global communications technology.

Throughout the length of his career and as Consultant to DynCorp International and President of Sirius, Inc., he has successfully negotiated trade agreements across 130 countries and generated billions of dollars in domestic and international business.
Michael served as DynaCorp’s key negotiating consultant for the $45 billion dollar LOGCAP IV bid proposal, the largest contract to be awarded by the Department of Defense (DoD). During his tenure with Sirius, Inc, he coordinated with industry executives to evolve trend-setting designs and programs, ensuring the firm’s strong international niche. Michael’s executive management expertise was integral in the firm’s introduction of India’s top three wireless carrier services into the U.S. and the design and implementation of numerous strategies to support the firm’s expansion and growth goals.
