Positioned at the virtual core of our firm, Executive Assistant Mary Coop interfaces daily with Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. (DAG) President, Larry Baumgardner, CCIM, varying division heads and personnel, a host of existing clients and potential customers, as well as the media, industry colleagues and various political representatives.
Mary works closely with all DAG principals, managing a wide variety of activities and confidential assignments. She also manages the president's professional appointment schedule and all other duties regarding to his interactions with DAG personnel and clientele, as required.
To her role as Executive Assistant, Mary brings exceptional customer service and organizational skills. As executive national supervisor for Sears and Roebuck Customer Issues and Complaint Department, she accomplished a 90% satisfaction record for troubleshooting both customer complaints and issues related to the measures required to complete business transactions.
Prior to working for Sears and Roebuck, Mary was Assistant Manager for Kairos Café in the Rio Grande Valley. She assisted in handling purchasing and inventory, training new employees and overseeing customer service quality, and in the evolution of Kairos Café into a preferred venue for city, business and school executive meetings.
A native of Dallas, Texas, Mary, her husband Micah and their two lab puppies recently settled in San Antonio after moving from Mission, Texas.
