Larry “Lee” Majors is a Senior Project Manager in the Development Services Division at Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. where he holds prime responsibility for supervising the development of build-to-suit transactions located across the United States and assisting the firm with its commercial and retail development projects.
Larry brings over 30 years of construction and development experience to Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. including many diverse construction and development projects ranging from retail and office to manufacturing facilities, and from hybrid and pre-engineered construction designs to specialty tilt-wall and stick-built projects. He has also had the opportunity to participate in design-build-lease programs utilizing “value engineered” concepts for client-enhanced cost containment features.
Through the years, Larry’s activities have included successfully owning and running his own construction services firm. Now at Dominion Advisory Group, Inc., Larry is able to concentrate solely on the development process where he brings together select vendor teams of engineers, architects, general contractors and others in order to create a strategic partnership of committed professionals who share a common goal of achieving “the best end product”. These duties have included individual projects with valuations ranging from only $1.0 million all the way up to a $45 million master planned church project. So, whether it be top-class restaurants, regular QSR’s, office, retail, or other projects, Larry gets the job done. |
