Lee Jackson has joined the Dominion Advisory Group (DAG) Team to develop and staff a Healthcare Facility Division supporting DAG’s and its affiliates’ investment objectives. Lee’s primary objective is to source and cultivate long-term and dynamic relationships with Healthcare Systems and physician groups, creating opportunities for DAG and its affiliates to acquire, own, develop, lease and manage medical office buildings and other healthcare facilities.
Lee brings with him fourteen years of commercial real estate experience with ten years specializing in the leasing, acquisition, and development of medical office buildings and surgery centers. During his tenure in medical real estate, Lee has worked with prominent healthcare systems across the United States like HCA, Texas Health Resources, and Bon Secours by pre-leasing and developing medical office buildings on hospital campuses.
Lee understands that hospitals need medical office buildings to replace antiquated facilities, make services more convenient for patients, and enhance the practices of staff physicians, helping to strengthen its relationships with its physicians. Furthermore, Lee understands that a hospital’s greatest assets are its physicians.
Having worked with physicians for over a decade, and having physicians in his family, Lee is attune to how managed care, federal compliance laws, and escalating malpractice insurance premiums have changed the way medical care is delivered. With a thorough understanding of these obstacles, Lee is able to offer physicians creative real estate solutions to help physicians develop prosperous practices in spite of these challenges.
Lee is a graduate of University of North Texas, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Real Estate.
