Larry began his real estate career in 1972. He has been involved in every facet of the commercial real estate industry, including serving in corporate positions as the vice president of brokerage and development for a major Texas company; as Real Estate Administrator of Facilities at USAA (a $60.0+ billion insurance and financial services company); as a private consultant and business economist; and as principal in his own commercial real estate brokerage and development services firms. Larry's clientele have included multi-billion dollar service, consumer products, and manufacturing corporations; financial institutions; governmental entities; retail and restaurant companies; insurance companies; and professional service organizations (law firms, CPA firms, etc.). Diverse client assignments have included projects that involved office, industrial, hotel, retail, multi-family housing, and land. Assignments have regularly extended from local to regional to national scope. Larry's formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Mathematics and a Master of Arts degree in Economics (attaining highest honors in Phi Kappa Phi). He has also taught economics part-time at local Palo Alto College. Larry has earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member of CIREI) designation. CCIMs are specialists in asset management, valuation, investment analysis, leasing, and brokerage. With a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout the world, CCIMs effectively direct local, national, and international real estate transactions. Additionally, through CIREI's association with other US and international professional real estate organizations, client assignments and properties may be marketed to investors in fifty-two countries around the world. Larry also maintains professional relationships with numerous commercial real estate networks, alliances, and individual firms throughout North America.
