Kevin A. Wolff is Vice President of Strategic Development for Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. (DAG). His chief focus is to develop and quantify long-term growth opportunities via existing business relationships as well as through the promotion of new national and international opportunities. Kevin works directly with DAG President and Founder Larry R. Baumgardner, CCIM, and Business Development Vice President Michael P. Dyer to establish strategic approaches to the financing, ownership and management of existing and to-be-built properties across the spectrum of regional, national and international alliances.
A skilled professional with a strong work ethic, Kevin brings a wealth of business acumen and leadership advantages to our clients and to DAG. A Naval veteran, he holds numerous military commendations, including the Naval Expeditionary Medal for armed conflict against an enemy. He served as a Radioman on board the U.S.S Mahan DDG-42, a guided missile destroyer that crossed Qaddaffi’s “Line of Death” in the Gulf of Sidra. A respected and qualified community advocate, he is former San Antonio City Councilman for District 9 and a current candidate for San Antonio’s Precinct 3 County Commissioner position.
Also accomplished in the business arena, Kevin is former Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of First American Title, San Antonio. For First American Title – one of the largest title companies in the industry – his responsibilities included strategic planning, a full operating financial evaluation and all business development initiatives.
A certified Human Resources specialist, Kevin served as Senior Vice President and Regional Resources Director for CitiGroup’s Citibank North America Credit Card division and, over several years’ time, held a series of increasingly complex professional roles supporting CitiGroup’s Human Resources divisions. In the process, he acquired the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification - the highest certification in the Human Resources Field - and CitiGroup’s Service Excellence Award, the highest award given by CitiGroup. Having moved to New York City two months before 9/11 as Regional Human Resource Director, he assisted in the integration and counseling of CitiGroup employees who lost family during the World Trade Center disaster.
An MBA and BBA graduate of St. Mary’s University with degrees in Human Resource Management, Kevin is also a graduate of the Greater and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce LSA (Leadership San Antonio). He has been recognized by both the military and private sectors for his many contributions and achievements, including being named as one of San Antonio Business Journal’s “San Antonio’s Rising Stars: 40 Under 40”, which honors individuals making a significant contribution in the San Antonio business community. |
