May 22, 2006 - One of the San Antonio MSA’s fastest growth corridors, known as the Loop 1604 at/near IH-35 Corridor, has brought over 1.5 million square feet of new lease space to the market within the recent past.  Sponsoring several thousand new home starts as well, this area was further developed recently by HEB Grocery Stores at the Loop 1604 and Kitty Hawk intersection with a new grocery-anchored shopping center.  Now 100% leased, this intersection requires additional space to meet an ever-expanding consumer demand.
