As a senior property manager, Kelly S. DeFonté, RPA, RBM. is a tremendous asset to the Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. (DAG) property management team. Formerly with Cavender & Hill Properties, Inc., Transwestern Commercial Services and CB Richard Ellis, Inc., she brings to our firm over thirteen years of achievement in the commercial real estate industry.
Kelly works directly with Property Management Director, Bennie Bunkley, and oversees the management of approximately 453,000 square feet of retail space located throughout San Antonio. Her responsibilities include preparing and managing annual budgets and overseeing property and tenant improvements. She also oversees new development startups and manages vendor service contracts and tenant relations.
The 2007 President of the San Antonio chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International, Kelly has held a range of SABOMA leadership positions since joining the organization in 2002. She is also a Registered Property Administrator (RPA) and a Registered Building Manager (RBM). These distinguished designations were earned through rigorous training with the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). In addition, she is pursuing a bachelors degree in business management/leadership and organization and is Vice President of the Texas Burn Survivor Society.
Having traveled extensively with her military family while growing up, Kelly is happy to acknowledge San Antonio as her hometown. She is the mother of two beautiful daughters and three beautiful grandchildren, an avid photographer and the owner of a small photography business |
