With over fifteen years in customer and tenant relations, Judy brings a service-oriented approach to Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. As all tenants, landlords, lenders, and clients know, nothing is more important in property management than the support and interpersonal communications between customers and landlords. To this end, Judy has been employed by the firm to specifically address this strategic relationship. While many property management firms solely view tenants are debtors and problems-to-be-solved, Judy and Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. look forward to building relationships of trust, help, and positive spirit with every tenant.
Judy’s approach to fairness, reason, and good judgment come from many years of experience in the commercial real estate industry where she has been involved with the property management of several high-rise Class A office buildings, retail projects, and other product types. Through these professional efforts, Judy has supervised vendor accounts (janitorial, landscaping, common area maintenance, etc.) and successfully initiated annual budgets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, tenant relations, and other related property management functions.
Now managing several hundred thousand square feet of shopping center space in the San Antonio market, Judy works with approximately 150+ tenants ranging from large national credit retailers to many locally based small shop owners.
