Dominion’s healthcare facilities division is headed by three seasoned professionals: Division Vice President, Lee Jackson, Assistant Vice President of Property Management, Joi Taylor, and Director of Leasing, Rudy Fuentes.

With ten years of experience working directly with physicians and prominent health care systems, Lee Jackson brings with him a specialization in medical facility leasing, acquisition and development that is uncommon to an industry saturated with newcomers. Drawing from extensive work with physicians and with healthcare organization leaders such as Methodist (San Antonio, TX), HCA, Texas Health Resources and Bon Secours, Jackson utilizes Dominion’s array of capital, financing, and medical acquisition and development expertise to acquire, develop, own, lease, and manage healthcare facilities in conjunction with hospitals and physicians.

The recent addition of Joi Taylor to our Healthcare Facilities Division adds a second layer of senior-level management expertise to the mix. Her industry achievements over the past 15 years include being named 2005 Manager of the Year by San Antonio Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), earning her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation, teaching BOMI (BOMA International) course work, and managing and leasing 172,000 square feet of Class “A” medical buildings for Healthcare Property Investors (HCP) on the North Central Baptist Campus in San Antonio, TX 

Among various healthcare facilities projects, Dominion Advisory Group, Inc.  manages complexes  in the Stone Oak Medical  area and the South Texas Medical Center area in San Antonio, Texas, including office projects connected to Methodist Healthcare Systems.

 

Our Healthcare Facilities Division has  assisted in the acquisition of a 64,000 square foot medical office building connected to Methodist’s Specialty & Transplant Hospital in the South Texas Medical Center.  DAG Healthcare’s plans to help develop this  project include a major lobby renovation and adding another medical office building and parking garage. 

 

In addition, DAG Healthcare has recently announced plans to develop the first of several medical office building(s) for Agora Palms, a 69 acre master-planned development located on the northwest quadrant of U.S. Highway 281 and Sonterra Blvd, adjacent to the new Methodist Stone Oak Hospital. Methodist Stone Oak Hospital is a new $80 million hospital being jointly developed by the highly successful Methodist/HCA partnership. The new hospital is set to open in late 2008. Agora Palms presents both leasing and ownership opportunities for physicians.
