Frances Jones is Lease Administrator for Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. She works closely with the Legal and Property Management departments, attending to key lease details for approximately 200 tenants occupying 30 different Dominion Advisory Group, Inc’s properties. For each tenant and property, she exercises ongoing due diligence to ensure appropriate action is taken regarding all aspects of property management, including individual certificates of insurance and payroll for all maintenance personnel.

With a wealth of software expertise and industry knowledge gleaned from a variety of jobs in both government and civilian sectors, she is highly valued for her enthusiasm and professional expertise. “Francis is an all around team player, says DAG President, Larry Baumgardner. “She is proactive and gives customer service with a smile.”
 
Frances holds associates and bachelors degrees in business from the University of Connecticut at Hartford. While simultaneously attending college and performing the duties of a single mother for son Shawn, Frances earned a 3.6 GPA, securing her place on the UC Full-Time Student Honor List. Shawn is currently a junior at Duke University where he is studying psychology, biological anthropology and anatomy and is a member of Phi Beta Sigma.
