Her expertise ranges from Rating Supervisor to Customer Service/Call Center Representative and crosses the majority of nationwide mainstream lines of business.

With a combination of high-level skills and integrity, Edna is a much-valued part of our team. Throughout her career in insurance, Edna has participated at administrative and supervisory levels for a number of Fortune 500 companies, handling the rating of accounts valued at over $250,000 in a array of insurance-related programs and systems.

Edna handles the placement of insurance for most of Dominion Advisory Group, Inc.’s managed properties as well as the company’s other insurance needs.  She routinely draws on long-term insurance industry expertise to compose policies in the placement of new business and renewals, the handling of claims, and for monitoring all aspects of the application process.
