Danette Black is On-site Facility Manager at 281 Mini-Storage Center on Highway 281 North in Bulverde, Texas. She manages the account receivables process for this gated facility, serves the needs of current tenants and assists potential tenants in making storage decisions.
Danette is dedicated to making customers feel comfortable and assured in their decisions to store with us. She answers any questions tenants may have about storing their belongings, including concerns about security and which size unit may work best for their particular needs. She also provides them with boxes, locks and packing supplies, as well as referrals to moving companies, when needed.
With roots in both Texas and in Indiana, her home state, Danette has retail, bank teller and credit union accounting experience and is also a former correctional officer trained for service in both minimum security housing units and maximum security correctional facilities.
As Manager of 281 Mini-Storage Center, Danette routinely utilizes her customer service, accounting and office management expertise to provide fair, pleasant and excellent customer service, making it her goal to build friendly and trusting relationships with each individual tenant. |
