Connie Trejo began work with Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. as Loan Administrator in February of 2007. With a background in wealth management, Connie now interacts with Vice President of Loan Administration, Tana Clancy, in facilitating loan processes and providing credit and loan underwriting expertise.

As Loan Administrator, Connie prepares credit analyses and ensures due diligence for all loans. She monitors all loan processes through land purchase and construction to project completion, reviewing and analyzing financial statements, rent rolls, appraisals, engineering reports, environmental reports, surveys, title reports and various real estate-related legal documents for commercial properties. Working with agents, banks and title companies, she routinely provides creative solutions to loan portfolio structuring for clients, balancing loan guidelines with client need considerations.

Connie and can attest to Dominion Advisory Group, Inc.’s exemplary growth and expansion and is impressed by its spirit of teamwork and the firm’s exciting growth within the industry. A native of San Antonio, she holds a B.A. in Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of the Incarnate Word.
