Christina Manion is Front Desk Receptionist for Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. For many DAG clients and visitors, she is their first introduction and most frequent link to Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. Her primary focus is managing all incoming calls and welcoming visitors to our offices. She also schedules meetings and is the firm’s primary go-to person for all general scheduling, delivery, communications technology and office building-related inquiries. As required, she also handles any overflow of administrative tasks, including research and data entry.

To her role as Front Desk Receptionist, Christina brings administrative skills developed as one of the personal assistants to the Business Administrator of World Center Ministries and, more recently, as a Customer Service representative for Bank of America. She also brings to DAG a range of customer service and organizational skills gleaned from her experience as Barista for Starbucks in San Antonio, Texas and as Assistant Manager for Kairos Café in Mission, Texas.

As Customer Service Representative for Bank of America, she handled customer account requests and research, managed large amounts of cash and deposits and resolved customer banking issues. As a personal assistant to the Business Administrator of World Center Ministries, she assisted in managing the construction and finish out of a large church. Her tasks included organizing construction work teams, purchasing supplies, paying contractors and participating in a variety of finish-out tasks.

For Kairos Café, a business geared to supporting the church and to enhancing the local college and business community, she was integrally involved in the restaurant start-up, including the creation and design of the restaurant menu and the monitoring of food purchasing and inventory. She also assisted in the accounting, advertising and marketing tasks, as well as the creation of employee policy and the training of employees in food handling and customer service.

For Starbucks, she successfully utilized a combination of multi-tasking, customer service and time-management skills in a demanding, fast-paced food service environment, abiding by Starbucks’ corporate standards for food preparation and customer relationship-building.

Christina also comes to DAG having experienced a variety of cultures and cultural surroundings. For service work, she has lived abroad in Belfast, Northern Ireland and traveled to Mexico. She and her husband, both from the Quad Cities in Illinois, have resided in San Antonio for the past three years. They have one “baby” - a Great Dane puppy named Hailey - and enjoy time with friends and family.
