Cal Ivey offers over twenty years of in-depth and technical experience in the commercial real estate industry with a specialization in build-to-suit services, retail leasing and management, restaurant pad site acquisition and development and site selection covering multi-geographical assignments. This experience includes association with Jim Wilson & Associates, an enclosed national mall developer, where Cal was responsible for a portfolio of projects located west of the Mississippi. Cal has also been in charge of the leasing and marketing of a 389 acre mixed-use development that included an outlet mall component. Through the years, Cal has enjoyed close relationships with all types of local, regional, and national retailers and understands the needs and acquisition requirements of retail leasehold tenants, build-to-suit clients, and land acquisition customers. Some of Cal’s retail and BTS transactions have included clients such as Radio Shack, Houlihan's, Krystal, Movie Gallery, Payless Shoe Source, Dollar General, Simply Fashions, GNC, Black & Decker, Pro-Cuts, Sally Beauty, Regis, Schlotzsky’s, Wienerschnitzel, Devon's Seafood Grill, and many others. |
