Company veteran Betty Schuetze, CCIM, leads our Investment Brokerage Division, specializing in income property analysis and acquisition on behalf of the Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. third-party clients. With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and property management accounting, Betty recently earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, an honor held by only 119 out of 8,000 San Antonio licensed real estate agents and by less than 11 licensed San Antonio commercial retail agents.
Formerly DAG Accounting Department Manager, Betty has taken the lead role with the firm’s financial analysis and acquisitions for a number of years. Company President Larry R. Baumgardner, CCIM, states, “Betty’s transfer from Accounting Manager to the Investment Property Division was a natural evolution of her career with the firm.”

Betty is in charge of deal-sourcing for the firm’s clientele and affiliated partnerships. Her areas of focus include existing shopping centers, office buildings, medical facilities, industrial projects and mini-storage—all product types where Betty has been previously responsible for financial reporting. |
