BETTY SCHUETZE AWARDED PRESTIGIOUS CCIM

October 25, 2007 - San Antonio, TX. October 2007. --- Betty Schuetze, CCIM, Assistant Vice President of Investment Brokerage for San Antonio’s Dominion Advisory Group, Inc., was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Chicago-based CCIM Institute. The CCIM designation, the highest professional certification one can earn in commercial investment and real estate, was awarded Schuetze on October 18 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.
  
With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and property management accounting, Schuetze leads the Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. Investment Brokerage Division, specializing in income property analysis and acquisition on behalf of the firm’s third party clients.

Schuetze was among 426 commercial real estate professionals, worldwide, to earn the CCIM designation on October 18 by passing the Institute’s Comprehensive Examination, the final element in the designation process.

 

The CCIM designation is awarded to real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience. The curriculum addresses: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis – the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.
