May 15, 2006 - Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. welcomes company veteran Betty Schuetze to the Investment Property Division where she will specialize in income property analysis and acquisition on behalf of the firm’s third party clients. 

Formerly Accounting Department Manager, Betty has taken the lead role with the firm’s financial analysis and acquisitions for a number of years.  With this new reassignment, company president Larry R. Baumgardner, CCIM, states, “Betty’s transfer from Accounting Manager to the Investment Property Division was a natural evolution of her career with the firm.”  Baumgardner goes on to add, “Betty is an extremely valuable and key member of our senior management team, and now all our clients and affiliated partnerships will benefit directly from her professional capabilities.  Betty is simply ‘the very finest analytical person’ in this entire market.”

With her new responsibilities, Betty will be in charge of deal-sourcing for the firm’s clientele and affiliated partnerships.  Her areas of focus will include existing shopping centers, office buildings, medical facilities, industrial projects, and mini-storage properties --- all product types where Betty has been previously responsible for financial reporting.
