Bennie L. Bunkley, III is the Director of Property Management for Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. (DAG). Drawing on a successful management track record, including Real Estate Project Manager for the San Antonio Housing Authority, he sets and manages the operating goals and objectives for each property for the property management and maintenance division.
In coordination with the Leasing and Brokerage division and DAG Legal Counsel, he plays a central role in the hand-over of new developments and newly-leased properties for property management services. He also coordinates with the Marketing division on tenant and property public relations and media coverage.
Bennie’s dynamic personality and can-do attitude make him a favorite with tenants and an invaluable resource to the DAG team. Fully aware of the benefits of tenant satisfaction to DAG’s short- and long-term goals and objectives, Bennie utilizes every means available to troubleshoot property and tenant issues by implementing systems to ensure the efficiency of the property management division.
For the San Antonio Housing Authority, Bennie served as company liaison with non-profits for the disposition of excess property. He also managed the physical and financial resources of the home-ownership program.
Formerly employed by the State of Texas in several capacities, including Legal Assistant, Call Center Manager, and Consumer Affairs Representative, he entered the commercial real estate field as Lease Administrator, where he managed lease negotiations for a portfolio of 40 domestic and international properties.
A veteran of the U.S. Air Force and graduate of Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts, he attended the Century 21 Real Estate School to acquire his Massachusetts Real Estate License and Leonard Hawes Real Estate school for his Texas Real Estate License. |
