How long does it take to receive a firm commitment for a BTS?  After all underwriting materials have been received, B&M Net Lease will usually respond with a firm answer within one to three business days.  B&M Net Lease employs the services of its own third party credit underwriter who underwrites clients based upon proven national standards that allow for repeat business.
