As a Property Manager, Andrea Taylor coordinates with Director Bennie Bunkley, DAG Legal Counsel, Accounting and our Leasing team regarding tenant, leasing and building maintenance issues and financial reporting on a number of retail properties.
With over 12 years in the industry, Andrea brings to DAG five years of solid commercial space property management experience and four years as Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity. She is a Certified Notary Public and is currently seeking her Texas Real Estate License.
Now overseeing property management services for over 266,775 square feet of retail space, she works diligently with the property management team to enhance division operations and tenant relations. To this end, her experience with the maintenance side of property management and with the tenant-property manager relationship is a valuable resource to the property management division. She has contributed a proposal for a value-added maintenance program geared toward service enhancements and tenant retention to be implemented by the division in 2008.
In addition to Habitat for Humanity and a variety of other charitable organizations, Andrea also supports Give kids the World, a respite for critically ill children. |
