November 28, 2006 - Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. welcomes Andrew L. Baumgardner to Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. to serve in the newly created capacity of General Counsel.

Andrew comes to Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. after spending most of his legal career at the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP, and then at Drenner & Golden, Stuart, Wolff, LLP, where he practiced real estate and corporate law and represented several high-profile developers, investors and end-users in acquiring, developing and leasing both unimproved and improved real property around the State of Texas.  While in private practice, and from 2004 through 2006, Andrew was named a Rising Star in Real Estate Law by the Texas Monthly magazine, and was also named one of San Antonio’s best lawyers by the Scene in SA magazine in 2005.  Andrew is also a 2005 graduate of the charter class of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio’s Leadership Development Program.

At Dominion Advisory Group, Inc., Andrew will assume the leadership of the legal department, and in that role, will represent and/or facilitate the outside legal representation of Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. and its affiliated partnerships with respect to acquiring, developing and leasing of retail, office, industrial, mixed-use and land development projects.
