Andy Moon is Real Estate Counsel for Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. (DAG). He works directly with DAG Legal Counsel, and Brokerage and Leasing concerning legal matters.
A 2004 joint JD/MBA graduate of Oklahoma City University’s Sarkey’s School of Law and Meinder’s School of Business, he is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and the Northern Federal District Court of Texas. He is also a member of both the Guadalupe County Bar Association and the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association and is an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America.
Andy comes to our firm with experience in legal compliance, contract formulation and negotiation, business and real estate consultation, as well as criminal defense. Formerly employed as Broker and Procurement specialist with Fisher & Company, he has worked on matters for such national clients as Vistar, McDonald’s, Harmon AutoGlass, and Cadbury Schweppes, on commercial real estate projects to include lease buyouts, subleases, portfolio management, new builds and sell leasebacks.
While pursuing his education, he also worked as Advanced Intern for the Walt Disney Company and as a board Treasurer for Century 21. Andy served as a Licensed Legal Intern and Law Clerk in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, insurance defense and collections.
A new transplant to San Antonio from Oklahoma City, Andy is married and enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee with Sault (San Antonio Ultimate). A former character performer for Walt Disney World Company, he has been known to don an Elmo costume to delight his young relatives at their birthday parties. |
