January 1, 2006 - Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. enthusiastically welcomes Alan Bass to the firm as Assistant Vice President of the Build-To-Suit Services department. Alan brings over twenty years of in-depth commercial real estate experience to the firm. He joins Dominion from the Trammell Crow Company where he was responsible for numerous retail developments and pad site opportunities including acquisitions for Burger King, IHOP, TGIF Friday's Restaurants, Denny's Restaurants, Schlotsky's Deli's, 1-800-Flowers, Bank of America, and others. Alan also handled dispositions of excess properties for ExxonMobil Corporation, Church's Chicken, Sears Homelife Stores, Toys "R" Us, Comerica Bank foreclosures, and Zion Bank foreclosures.

Alan is a University of Texas Bachelor of Arts graduate with a major in Political Science. He is married and the proud father of one son and twin girls. He is actively involved in the local community through a variety of civic projects.
