As Assistant Vice President of Land and Acquisitions for Dominion Advisory Group, Inc., Alan Bass primarily engages in the acquisition of land and income properties for investors and developers. Alan works directly with property owners and/or their brokers, analyzing the commercial potential of raw land and establishing the terms and conditions of each land acquisition and purchase contract.
Alan brings over 20 years of in-depth commercial real estate experience to our firm. He joined Dominion from the Trammell Crow Company where he was responsible for numerous retail developments and pad site opportunities including acquisitions for Burger King, IHOP, TGIF Friday's Restaurants, Denny's Restaurants, Schlotsky's Delis, Bank of America and others. Alan also handled dispositions of excess properties for ExxonMobil Corporation, Church's Chicken, Sears Homelife Stores, Toys "R" Us, Comerica Bank foreclosures, and Zion Bank foreclosures.

Alan is a registered member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a University of Texas at Austin Bachelor of Arts graduate with a major in Political Science. He is married and the proud father of one son and twin girls and actively involved in the local community through a variety of civic projects.
